Een stevige, eigenwijze tripel. Vol en romig, maar toch fris.

From tap at De Drie Dorstige Herten, Utrecht. Aroma is spicy yeast with malt, (candied) fruity notes, light estery. Sweetish flavour with a mild bitterness. A decent Tripel, nothing special, but okay for the style.

Bottle from TomHendriksen as part of Local swap in july 2020, many thanks man. Unclear amber color with medium off-white head. Arova of sweet malt, spices, candies. Taste was not very intense with sweet malt, candies, spicy yeast, zest. Could be less sweet, still enjoyable.

Orange color, creamy head. Orange and yeast aroma and flavor. Sweet, with hints of milk chocolate. Drinkable, but you can tell it is brewed by volunteers without very much brewing practice.

Lichtbruin bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is zoet en licht bitter met iets van vanille, banaan en ietwat kaneel. Fijne zachte afdronk.

Road soda on the way 🏡 from Ace&Kees festival. Have to keep up my blood alcohol level somehow. Slight hazy golden with big white head. Sweet bready malts, dry pils malts, soft yeast, light herbs, soft paper, alcohol, dried peach skins. Over medium sweet and boozy bitter. Over medium bodied with some alcohol. A bit simple and boozy but drinkeable.

Hazy medium amber colour, tall frothy off-white head, half-way lasting, heavy lacing. Aroma sweet malts, banana, yeast, toffee, herbal notes. Taste light heavy to medium sweet and light bitter, malty, yeast, coriander, alcohol. Bit sharpish dry and malty aftertaste, grainy, coriander, medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, nice tripel despite the rough edges.
