Geprobeerd met Inoven, Roelzie1986 en Benzai op het Nederlands Speciaalbier festival in den Bosch. Het is een troebel oranje roze bier met foamy schuim. Het heeft een zurige wat fruitige geur. De smaak is frambozen achtig en zuur.

Zure ranja. Ben er nog niet helemaal aan uit wat ik van Berlin er Weiss vind.

0.33 l can from 'Het Biermoment', canned in November 2018. A little hazy, deep red with a thin, fluffy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, sourish, quite fruity aroma of lots of raspberry, lemon, redcurrant and some rhubarb. Slightly sweet, gently sour, rather fruity taste of raspberry, redcurrant, lemon, some rhubarb and a touch of sorbet powder, followed by a short, gently tart, moderately dry and slightly minerally finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Very refreshing and relatively quaffable BW, nicely fruity but also pretty simple.

330 ml. can. My first sour from this brewery and they are also canning now since both this beer and another one I picked up are canned. Pours pink amber like a lemonade and the head fizzes away. Nose is cheep white sugar raspberry jam mixed with lemon juice. Sparkling thin sweet lemonade with white sugar raspberry syrup, very thin almost watery low sugar lemonade, thin non-alcoholic rose and some spices finish, thin very simple even for a kettle sour vague sweet lemonade-like thing even within weak fruity Berliner this is poor. Disappointing and very weak, don’t really get the other higher ratings.

Can on train thanks to Kermis. A light hazed bright peachy pink coloured pour with a fine light pink head. Aroma is floral hibiscus, sharp green apple, jolly rancher. Flavour is composed of stale wheaty grains, sharp lemon, floral hibiscus, sharp apple. Palate is semi sharp, stale grains, moderate carbonation.. Sharp finish.

Can on the train from Brussels to Antwerp, thanks to Kermis, 07/12/18. Very light haze on a pinkish orange pour with a crimson cap that soon dissipates. Nose is pink berry sherbets, berry pips, straw, light acidic twinge. Taste comprises grass, damp balsa wood, hay bale, raspeberry tang, lemon rind, apple core. medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok refresher.

Can shared. Pink with no head. Aroma of red berries and wheat. Flavour is above light sweet and sour. Light bodied with moderate carbonation.

Can shared at Maakun’s. Almost clear red with no head. Lemonade, fruity, grenadine, raspberries, tart citrus/lime peel, light sour milk, milkfilm. Can shared thanks to sjogro who needs a crash course in adding beers to the database. Almost clear bright reddish pink with small head. Sweet and sour raspberries, light wheat and popcorn. Medium sour, light sweet and very light bitter with a bit weird taste in the finish. Light bodied. Decent stuff, but it has a bit too much of that roasted corn stuff.
