Préaris Belma is a Belgian white beer brewed with lager malt, wheat malt, wheat flakes, oat flakes, koreander and the peel of oranges. As hop we used the new American Belma hop. This makes the beer more hoppy and slightly more bitter than the average Belgian wheat beer.

Slightly hazy orange color, small white head. Aroma has citrus, coriander, belgi yeast and metal. Light-bodied. Flavor is pale malty, strong pepper and coriander spicey with Belgi yeasty fruityness. Sharp metal notes. Quite spicey witbier with hard mouthfeel.

Bottle, BB 17.02.17 (from etre gourmet). Pours golden with huge whiteish head. The head stays. Aroma is wheaty, yeasty, fruity, citrusy. Flavor is sweet and bitter, wheat, fruits, sugar, yeast, metallic notes. Finish is dry grassy bitter with metallic notes. Overall: ok, smells a lot better than tastes.

Közepes, tartós hab, borostyán szín, szűretlen. Enyhe, citrusos, gabonás illat. Gabonás, búzás, citrusos, enyhén fűszeres ízvilág. Közepesen testes, erősen , de nem zavaróan szénsavas, enyhén keserű. Kellemes, frissítő, visszafogott witbier.

05/06/2016 @home - 33cl bottle brought from the brewer @ZBF. Clear light yellow to golden with creamy white head. Nose is grains, citrus, orange peel, some pepper. Taste is lots of citrus, coriander, bit soapy. One of the best witbeers I had lately.

Golden color, with a medium yellowish head. Aroma is grass hops, citrus. Taste with coriander, spices, malty. Strong carbonation. A bit watery, not bad and not special.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Prearis Belma ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, herbs, moderate yeasty, yeast, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, herbs, yeast, pale malt - wheat. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160109]
