Bottle purchased long ago and cellared for 7 years. Pours clear and deep, dark brown with than head. Raisins, dark cherry and a bit of candied syrup on the aroma. Flavor is baking spices, cola nut, molasses and black strap. Slight chocolate. Nice beer and lots of flavor left after 7 years!

On tap @The Church. Very dark brown with ruby highlights; oatmeal head. Gently toasty, rounded, semi-sweet & nutty dark brown, a bit oxidized, but has a delicately spiced earthy nose. Pretty damn sweet. Soft char, raisin, roasted veg, Belgian Candi sugar, silky mouthfeel, bite of acid on the finish. Backtracking pith bitterness that was never there but suddenly reappears. Cool. Great.

Pour is a dark brown with a large tan head. Aroma is an oaky vanilla. The bottle does not say this touched wood but I'm getting a barrel here from somewhere. Flavor is more vanilla some lingering spice and a wee bit of cocoa but finishes with some hot alcohol. No real Belgian influence, this is more of a barrel aged imperial brown ale. Still it's pretty tasty with subtle nuances throughout.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is toasted malt and spice. Slick body, raisin, cocoa, cracker malt, dry finish, very good.

On draught at the brewery during a late-night swing by as part of a buddy's 50th. This brewery was a nice find. Great vibe, nice beers and wonderful people working there. Scores recorded but not detailed notes of the beers.

Cork and caged bomber (2019 Vintage), drank at my daughters on 10th Jan 2020. Brown bodied, beige head. Malty brew with a coffee and cocoa trace in both the nose and flavour, light spicy feel within the taste also.

750 ml corked and caged. Aroma of dark bread, toast, dark fruit, cinnamon. Pours brown with ruby red highlights and a long lasting two finger beige head. Taste is moderately sweet, lightly bitter, with flavors of coconut, dark bread, wood, dark fruit, toffee. Not really getting much Belgian influence. Super tasty.
