750ml bottle at Sovereign in DC, pours a mostly clear gold with some fluffy, white head. Nose has musty white grape, some citrus pith, a little candy sugar, some straw, a little dusty couch, floral too. Flavor is very much a blend between a tripel and a saison, lemon and white grapefruit, straw and grass, some mild buttery oak, tart white grape. Finishes full bodied and a bit astringent.

Nice stuff. Manages the balance between tripel and bretta pretty competently mixed here. Light grapefruit bittet with some florals and tangerine. Pours golden amber without much head or lacing. Light tangy finish. Nice stuff. Bottle thanks to Iphonephan.

Babyfood pineapple, lemon zest, brett, white grape, mild sharp cheese, oak nose. Wonderful! Cloudy amber, medium head, little retention. Peach, white grape overtones, sweet to dry. Medium body, warm, soft carbonation. The brett and hops make this an atypical tripel, which to me makes it better.

Bottle shared at tasting. Pale golden, with a small white head. Smells sour and funky, of brett and oak, red grapes and barrel. Dry, a bit sour and bitter, grapefruit, bananas, yeast, honey and grapes. Medium body, bitter-sweet aftertaste.
