(Bottle, 0.375 l - batch 6, thanks VastActiv, at Arde, 20200606) The beer poured golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, honey, wood and tartness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were tartness, honey, fruitiness, spiciness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity, tart and bitter. A tasty brew with tart notes.

Vanilla/grape/brett/fruity aroma. Medium body, low carbonation, slight bitter taste. It could be an Alvinne beer, but not as good unfortunately

Was worried about this one cause anchorage has given me a couple of Brett gone wild beers but the Chardonnay really mellows this out nicely. Sweet tannic triple.

Batch #1 Corked bottle. Golden color. Citrus, oak and brett in the nose, like a lambic. Firm floral hopbitter very bretty flavor. Oak, grapefruit, onions, lemon. A moderate sourness, next to the bitterness. Great beer, complex and delicious.

Bottle. batch 6. Just hazy gold with a lovely dense white head that fades to a coat. Aroma of lime, grapes, bracken, dough, peppery oak - I would have guessed Riesling barrel, but I guess that's Sorachi Ace. As always, it's great if it doesn't dominate. It's edging up when you get to the taste though: there's little malt presence, it's all hops, funk and even a lick of sourness. What I would have loved as nuance is made far too much of. Good but lacks restraint.
