Ein echtes Hefeweizen, genauso wie es sein soll – und doch etwas Besonderes: Kein Wunder, denn wir schwören noch auf die offene Gärung. Nur so kann sich das typisch fruchtige Weizenbieraroma im Zusammenspiel mit unserer eigens gezüchteten Hefe besonders gut entwickeln. Der unverwechselbare Duft dieser hefetrüben, obergärigen Spezialität erinnert an Nelke und Banane. Helles Weizen- und Gerstenmalz aus unserer Region in Verbindung mit einer Hopfenmischung aus der Hallertau und Tettnang sorgen für eine dezente Malznote, die sich harmonisch mit einer milden, angenehmen Bittere vereint.

Orange, hazy body, with a big, stable, fluffy, lacing, white head.
Aroma of banana, vanilla, bread, some dried fruits, some spices.
Taste is a bit light, with banana, bread, spices, some vanilla, some dried fruits.
Medium, quite creamy mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes moderate, spicy, bready, fruity, yeasty.
Good, but nothing special. The nose is nice, but the taste is too light for me. Refreshing and easy though. Overall a typical style example, but I’ve had much better ones.

0,5l bottle at home shared by me and Simay. BB 11/2015. dark yellow quite hazy color, small white head. smells banana, peach, spices, yeasty, light sweetness. nice smell. medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes spices, light sweetness, banana, peach. finishes with spices and peach notes. quite good one.

Many thanks for this beer to kevnic2008. Piwo z ladna kremowa i jakosciowa piana. Mnostwo drozdzy i metnosci. kolor jaskrawo pomaranczowy. Smak gozdzikow gruszki smazonej i mnostwo bananow. Kwaskowo drozdzowy posmak utrzymujacy sie do konca konsumpcji. doskonale do posilku, tresciwe a zarazem lekkie. polecam

500ml bottle from Bochka in Moscow. Pours hazy gold with a big white head. Aroma is bubble gum, banana, wheat. Taste is malty and wheaty.

bottle from Heinrichs 3000, Kornwestheim. Cloudy deep golden, tall and creamy white head. Yeasty and wheaty with a nice fruity touch. Classic example of the style, well executed.

Cloudy orange liquid, tall white frothy head with good retention. Yeasty aroma with notes of banana, spice, citrus. Light to medium body. Oily texture. Sweetesh yeasty & spicy taste with tiny fruity acidity. Light hoppy bitterness to be noted. The balance is fine. Good.

Bottle 500 ml. Cloudy honey-yellow with excellent foam. Aroma: candy, banana, cloves and yeast, a little citrus. Taste: yeast, banana and cloves, light fruit acidity and candies with lemon. Good weizen.

At the Garda Lake - Italy, on tap. Pours orange juice color, cloudy with a creamy white cap. Nice brightness. Nose: mild sour note of mustiness, esters, peer, flakes of wheat. Nice. Mouth: again that pleasant sour note (a bit of acetic), summer fruit, banana, bitter grassy background. Nice! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

*Old rating, best before 10/03. Mild-weiches, schön hefig-fruchtiges Bier. Schöne nicht zu süßliche Bananennoten, frisch-hefig und vollmundig-weich. Lecker.
