Lys brun tåkete med hvitt skum. Lukter kjeller, smør og noe sitrus. Middels fylde. Smaker smør, malt drops, noe honning og sitrus. Middels lang.

# 4143; 3/2024. As Engel Kellerbier, alc. 5,4 %. Nettle, cellar, malty, citrus aroma. Murky straw body; white head. Malty, cellar, lemon. Atypical fruity hoppy kellerbier. 0,5 l, bottle, Getränkemarkt, Kornwestheim (Swabia, Germany).

500ml screw top bottle (as Kellerbier @ 5.4% ABV): BB 19th Nov 2021. Drank at home on 7th Feb 2021. Mini-haze to the light golden body, thin white head. Not a lot going on aroma wise; mild herbal and grainy esters if you sniff long and hard enough. Taste is also grainy with a herbal twist; not enough to get excited about though. There is also a hint of 'age' flavour wise (cobwebs and mustiness). Pleasant enough Kellerbier (I'm no expert) but nothing to make it stand out from the crowd.

Bottle from The Sausage Man. As Kellerbier. Light hazed golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma and taste are malty and sweet. Light body.
