A bit darker than golden, slightly cloudy. A white, quite volatile head still leaves nice lacing. Aroma shows hay and cereal with a soft honeyish and flowery feel. Mild but nice. Taste is medium to high sweet with low to medium bitterness, overall sweeter than your average keller. Lightly crisp crackery malts, hay, slight honey, slightest touch of grass, touch of flowery hops. Overall pleasantly rustic, only glitch is a bit of sticky/chewy sweetness in the aftertaste. Light bodied with light, delicate carbonation, very easy on the mouth. Overall a respectable kellerbier.

BOTTLE 50 CL. Cloudy golden, creamy head. Cereals and sweet bread in the nose, along with some younger notes. The taste is just marginally sweet, the malts being dominated by a light unripe fruit acidity and a somewhat harsh bitterness, that gets a bit alcoholic as the beer warms up. Still, the chewy body holds on to that kelleresque feel. Decent enough.
