500 ml bottle. Golden body with a foamy white head. Aroma is light grainy. Flavor is light and refreshing grainy, not much more. No real off flavors, but I’m not able to find anything to be exiting for either.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a longlasting white head. Has a malty grainy and slightly bready aroma with some hoppy hints. Fruity malty slightly bitter flavor with some grainy and grassy hints. Has a fruity malty grainy hoppy bitter finish.

50cl bottle @ Otto, Flensburg. Clear yellow with an egg white foam. Nose is malty and fresh. Fresh grassy hops and dry taste. A bit thin palate. Ends dry with hints of maise.

Bottle 50cl.Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, sweet malt, dusty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration and a dry finish. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20081122]

Mild herb-bitterer Antrunk. Im Mittelteil etwas hopfig-süß, frisch. Im hinteren Mittelteil etwas kräftiger werdend, die Süße fällt vom Hopfen an, der sich nun entfaltet und einen würzigen Unterton besitzt. Herb-würziger Abgang, erfrischend. Hat was. bottle, traded with MoritzF. Hazy golden yellow with floates, large and persistent head. Full-bodied, pleasantly hoppy and yeasty with a malty touch. Quite well-balanced. The first beer by Engel I really like.

Bottled. Clear, pale golden with a small white head. Very fruity aroma with a weak maltyness and hints of hay and grass. Fruity flavor with some grain and hay. Medium body and a hop-fruity finish with some hay and yellow apples. Quite nice and quaffable beer but a bit on the fruity side. (070331)
