On tap at Reverend Nat's, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of ginger and some faint sweet apple. Flavour is like a gin and tonic, with a prominent ginger quality. Too ginny and tonic-y. Not too enjoyable, but well-enough done. Okay.

Bottle. Pours with a hazy golden yellow hued body with what appears to be minimal carbonation. Aromas are of strong, raw ginger, lightly zesty limes, apple, low sulfur, lemongrass, chai tea, and some earthy/woody notes. Flavors are bitter, herbal and spicy. Not very dry, somewhat medicinal. Lemongrass, ginger, pinesol, bug spray. What really hurts is the low carbonation (~2.2 vol), with a moderately tannic body. Feels a bit muted/flabby. Okay acid balance. Decent.
