Bottled 330ml (Beergium, BB 08/2022)
Opaque brown colour, big cloudy brownish head. Aroma has roasted notes even smoke, hazelnuts. Medium-bodied. Active carbonation. Peanuts and nougat are there also milky, cappuchino, smokey flavours. Very unbalanced, probably yeast has made some tricks here.

Bottle. Black. Nougat in the nutty aroma. Roast and nougat in the flavor. Bitter nuts. Sweet and sticky, but with the bitterness to partly compensate this.

Zwart bier met mooie bruine schuimkraag. Smaak is bitterzoet met iets van karamel, noten en van rook. Is best goed maar valt mij wat tegen.

Very good, dense, stable cream head over irregular black beer. Sweet nose, caramel, toffee, roasted & sugared nuts, hint at condensed milk, mild roast. But also something mineral, salty, sea-like ... DMS? Stout acidity, caramel, liquorice, sweet. Retronasal wood, hardboard. Finish is roast, with just a hint at bitterness, nutty. Very good carbonation, alleviating the heavy MF. Mild alcoholwarmth. Obviously sweet. Would be quite tolerable with just a bit more complexity.

Bottle picked up at Biervana, München and consumed in Frank (camper) at Camping Bannewaldsee, Schwangau, Wednesday 20th November 2019. Pours black with a large foamy light beige head. Nuts and coffee on the nose and in the mouth, Ice Cream, smooth and as pleasant as it is, it's a little too nutty. Drinks extremely easy for its strength. Good but not great.
