[ As Wicked Barrel Hillbilly - (w/ homegrown Centennial Hops) ].
ABV: 5.2%. Cloudy - hazy medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, light to moderate hoppy - yeasty, wood, grass, yeast, light herbal. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, wheat, tart, wood, grass, yeast, herbal. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190927]

Sampled at Borefts Beer Festival 2019, day 1. Hazy pale yellow almost milky color, average sized white head. Aroma is lightly tart and grassy, flavor is more tart with a slight citrus note. Hmm ok at best.

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is grassy, herbal, dough, white pepper. Taste is the same. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Quite nice!

Borefts XI Day 2 . Keg. Light haze on this paleish gold beer, small white head. Thin dry pale malts, sweetish. Thin floral fruits. Quite a thin and dry finish. Floral candy fruits. Thin but quite tasty.

Slightly cloudy orange beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: fruity, orange peel, bit floral, malty, some citrus ntoes, soapy. MF: very lively carbon, medium body. Taste: very soapy, sourish, acidic, weird, floral, some citrus. Aftertaste: lemony, soapy, bit floral.
