Hillbilly is a Saison beer, a classic Belgian style, extremely easy to drink with a low degree of alcohol in which the aromas this time come mainly from the special yeast used. Brewed with homegrown Centennial hops.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7
Hazy golden, white head. Nice spicy herbal aroma, a touch of malts, bitter sweet meadow herbs. Similar taste, low on malts, moderate herbal bitterness. Soft carbonation. A bit on the thinner side. Nicely done.
