Een heerlijk toegankelijke Farmehouse Ale die makkelijk weg drinkt. Dit bier is gebrouwen in samenwerking met de Aeres Hogeschool uit Dronten ter ere van hun 60 jarige jubileum. In deze Farmhouse zitten hopsoorten uit hun kas.

Door te koudhoppen met citrushoppen ontstaan er aroma’s die hem heerlijk hoppig en verfrissende maakt. De eigen geteelde rode peper zorgt voor een extra bite. Een gewaagd biertje die mooi in balans is. Sit back and relax!

Bottle from a local bottle shop. Aroma is peppery yeast with pale malt, citrus, spicy notes, lightly floral, hoppy nuances, modest touch of chili pepper. Flavour is light to moderate sweet with a mild hoppy bitterness. Body is medium. Nice hoppy farmhouse ale.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo. Pours hazed deep gold, small white head. OK saison, light spice, gentle hop bitterness, mild yeasty expressions.

28/1/2022. Bottle courtesy of Miquelli, cheers. Pours slightly hazy dark golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet, fruity, malt, grain, caramel, light peppery spice. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness, hint of sour. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. A little more bitterness to finish. Quite liked it.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham. Orangey amber colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of citrus. Taste is malt, caramel with citrus, spicy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, spicy bitter finish. Quite drinkable

Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, fruity, toffee, malty. Taste is malty, grainy.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought online @ hetbiermoment.nl. Haze golden with a white head and lots of sediment. Spicy hoppy aroma. Light bitter taste with a dry spicy finish. No trace of the chilipeppers though, still a very nice farmhouse ale.
