Arôme sur une base classique de blanche, le tout bien ficelé, rétro-nasal plaisant d'écorce d'orange avec rondeur du froment en support. Délicats effluves de coriandre en retrait.
Palais sur une base plutôt belge - touche de froment, bonne tenue de bouche - petite note épicée de coriandre avec une fraicheur décorce d'orange.

Tap at Malto, Riccione, Italy. Pours pale gold, transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is lemony and sweetish like some candy. Body is average, with good carbonation. Taste is delicately on the sweet side. Final is actually dry, even slightly balsamic.

33cl bottle. Pours hazy straw coloured with a lasting, white head. Yeasty and fruity with mild spicy notes and hints citrus. Moderate sweet with pleasant acidic notes and medium flavour intensity. Fairly refreshing.

On tap at Dulcamara. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of wheat, coriander seed, light minty. Flavour of wheat, some wet socks, coriander seed, light floral and a bit lemony. Light bodied. Not very inspiring.

Il gusto al naso resta attratto dal frumento. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta ed è persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare opalescente e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La carbonazione è persistente ed insistita. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Al palato arrivano sentori di miele, frumento, agrumi, arancia e limone.
