50cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours fairly hazy, amber, with very fine white foam. Aroma is delicate, floral, honey. Body is average, like carbonation. Taste is well balanced between honey sweetness and good bitterness. Final is average, with some honey sweetness.

On tap at Gentle boozers, Rome. Cloudy orange with medium white head. Malty and grainy. Tad sweet. Light bitterness in finish. Medium bodied.

Golden-orange, medium hazy body, with a medium, creamy, yellowish head.
Aroma of sweet grains, flowers, hay, bread, some citrus, some honey.
Tastes pretty similar. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes moderate bitter, rustic, grainy, floral, hayish, a bit sweet, a bit cutric.

Very nice. Rustic and smooth, with lovely hayish and floral notes. Very quaffable, really well made Lager.

0,1l from tap at Ammutson. Yellow lightly hazy color, small white head. Smells earthy, grainy, tobacco, buttery, OK smell. Medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes earthy, spices, peppery, tobacco, grainy, light chlorophyll, light cardboard. Finishes medium bitter with notes of tobacco, grains and peppers notes. Not super exciting.

On tap at Luppolo12. Almost clear light amber colour, white head. Aroma of soft floral and grassy hop, hint of lavender, soft caramel, malt. Flavour is soft, malty, light toffee note, grassy hop, hint of lemon, good bitterness. Light bodied, oily mouthfeel. Good one.

Dec. ’16. On tap at Birra+, Rome (5.0% ABV) It poured a bit hazy golden body with a medium sized head. Aroma was malty and grainy, true to keller style, hay, bread, light biscuit and cooked fruits. Flavor was lightly sweet, fruity, with distinct spicy hops playing with honey and raw grain notes. Bitterness prevailed towards the finish which was long and pleasant, both fruity, honey and pepper hoppy. Medium to full bodied, oily on palate. A very well evaluated modern crafty rendition of a kellerbier.
