All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di luppolo e di fruttato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la maniera in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma di persistenza media. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il piano sottostante è di apparenza limpida. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul palato si depositano sentori di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, erba e agrumi.

Hazy golden color with a fine white head. Pleasant intensity in the aroma. Average carbonation level and an ok bitterness. Malty, fruity and citric flavor. Nice easy drinkable and typical session ipa.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours clear gold with a frothy, white head. Some grassy hops in the nose, dry citrus peel. Light sweet flavour with mellow grassy bitterness, pine needles, crispy pale malts, lemon rind. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Balanced finish, more grassy bitterness, straw, citrus peel. Decent SIPA. Drinks easy.
