0.355l can from Beer Republic. Aroma is grainy, yeasty, vinous and citrusy with barnyard note. Pours cloudy pale golden color with medium sized soapy white head, fair lacing and sparkling appearance. Taste starts refreshing citrusy, grainy and yeasty, following is sulphury, phenolic and mild funky, mouthfeel is crisp and dry, while finish is pretty bitter. Medium body, oily texture and lively carbonation in palate. Victorious farmhouse ale…

Can. Unclear yellow golden body with a big, lacing, fluffy white head. Aroma has spicy saison yeast, pale malt, lemon and hint of esters. Flavor is very refreshing, fruity, quite typical spicy saison yeast, lemon, mild bitterness and some malty sweetness. Fine body and nice in aftertaste. A very nice and refreshing sasion with a twist. Will definitively by again.

Bottle from Beergium. Aroma is sweet ripe fruits, spicy yeast, bready malt, touch of wheat, clove, with notes of citrus and candied stone fruits Flavour is rather sweet for a the style, almost sugary, with a hint of tartness and a light bitter finish. Body is medium. Okay-ish, a bit disappointing, too sweet and lacking complexity, body is nice. Not my kind of Saison at all.

Can at Beermalade tasting. Quite aromatic, lots of spiciness, clove, coriander, also assertive esters, with banana, a bit of red apples. Dry, very easy drinking, fresh feeling. Very good.
