hazy pale yellow colour, huge, dense, though not too stable white head; aroma of lemongrass, orange peel oils, some grape juice, wine cellary-earthy, yeasty and wet wheaty notes; sourish-citric taste with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma, some hoppy bitterness and slight peppery aftertaste; not bad at all

Fairly hazy golden with a big white head. Aroma of big citrus in a lovely way, mineral notes, light yeast and light wheat. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and bitter. Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Simple but beautiful!

33cl Bottle from Hoop. Hazy golden colour, creamy white head. Aroma of lemongrass, light malty, dry, hay, hint of juniper, lemon, light spicy. Flavour is light lemony, lemongrass, hay, dry, light floral, quite herbal bitter enhanced by the watery body, hint of juniper, dry light spicy bitter finish. Light bodied. Nice, right amount of spices applied. Would be really good with a bit more body.
