1UP is characterized by its deep and attractive red color. On the nose there are notes of resin, fruit and wood, including cherry. In the mouth, the powerful base of malt is sensed after a forceful but not intrusive bitterness, giving way to a deep, resinous and earthy flavor, with hints of wood, flowers and cherry. Its sweet finish and its 9% camouflaged make 1UP a beer to enjoy calmly, first cold in its hoppy profile, and then allowing it to evolve with the temperature towards a malt, intense and deep profile.

Tasted @ Feria Noblejas’14. Dark orange color almost brown with an off-white head with medium lasting. Aroma is strongly hoppy with resins notes, some spiced and herbal hints. Flavor is strong bittery with long duration, very fruity: grapefruit, some tropical fruits and orangish with a good maltiness. The final is strong bittery with long duration.
