A ‘take no prisoners’ ale. American and Japanese hopped... well-mannered but dangerous!

(On tap) Clear golden amber with big white head. Lovely tropical fruit aroma. Light bodied with very good carbonation - soft and mouth filling. Nice fruity tangy start. Very little sweetness, the barest hint of biscuity malt in the mid palate. Some fairly gentle bitterness in the finish. Very quaffable.

Bottle at The Brass Monkey in Howth, Ireland. The pour is clear golden with a clean white head. The aroma is mild tropical fruit, dry floral, and a bit of pine. The taste is pine resin, tropical fruit, both muted along with cereal grain malt. The palate is medium bodied, low carbonation, and malt finish. Decent.

330ml bottle at home. Pours a deep gold with a medium off white head that sticks around. Was hoping for more hop aromas from the label description, hay and grass notes with some citrus. Taste is thin, citrus hops, drinks like a session IPA.
