In my point of view, it is a decent amber beer, all the qualities that you could expect for the style, bready, rather dry, touch of plum, 14.05.18, at Prélaz, buying it at Paris, Marché de l'Aligre.

Bottle from the LCBO. Pours a hazy reddish brown, with a small off white head. Aroma is malty, light caramel, some light hay. standard mouth feel, and carb. Low bitterness, low sweetness, basic red ale....nothing more, nothing less.

Clear red amber pour with a small white head. Malt, red berries, honey and herbs for a decent bitter finish

Amber, cloudy with a medium off-white head. A fruity nose with some red berries and honey sense. Light bitter, some sourness with a fruity and sweet malt end.

Bottle. Amber with a fat coat of beige head. Aroma of toast, caramel, light spices. Sweet with some stone fruit as well. A little more bitterness would have given it some shape, but it's OK.

Rødorange farge med tynt offwhite skum. Lukter malt, og noe tørkede frukter. Mild fruktsødme. Marmelade, malt.

330ml bottle, many thanks to Finn for sharing. Hazy orange coloured body, stable beige head, rings of lace down the glass. Inviting smell of apricot, mid-dry. Balanced taste of cereal malts and apricot, slightly tart. Rounded, mid-tart and sweet end. Pretty decent. (Tromsø 21.06.2022).

Delt med Rune på Nerstranda. Mahognyfarget. Filmskum med litt farge. Nøttearoma. Smaken tørket syrlig frukt. Tørr, lett bitter avslutning.

330 ml bottle, batch #248, as La Parisienne Rousse, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. Moderately hazy reddish brown colour, moderate to small off-white head. Aroma of red wine vinegar, malts and oak. Slightly sour flavour, with the same elements as the aroma, a hint of lemon.

Biere from Paris. Delivered from Bien Manger. Ladna spora piana, trwala, barwa bursztynowo-czerwona, metnawa, Pachnie sliwka i rodzynkami, w smaku ciasteczka karmelowe, sliwka troche maliny. Chmielnosc minimalna, ale ogolnie ok, choc sredni to dla mnie smak.
