Bouteille 33cl. BB 18.02.2017, merci à l’équipe de UnPer100 pour ce cadeau. Ambrée, col épais et crémeux blanc-casé. Le tout est bcp trop effervescent, la mousse sort en continu de la bouteille indiquant un petit problème de production. Arôme au bouquet malté, très belge avec un rétro noble houblonné, malt pâle, pils, cara Palais est malté, avec un sucré imposant de sucre de cane, bcp trop devant. Caramel, malt grillé, note ester levure en rétro. Pointe épicée des houblons, herbacé, alcool bien là . Décevant avec un sucre de fermentation en trop grande qté.

On tap @ Golosaria 2015, Milano. L’intensità olfattiva è molto elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è considerevole. La frizzantezza del liquido deriva da bollicine fini a carbonazione morbida. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato non pesante. L’amaro è deciso, con un accenno di umami. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è appagante. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono luppolate per una birra dalla pericolosa beverinità . Il finale è lungo e pulito. I sentori in bocca sono di frutta secca e luppolo.

Sample from 75 cl. bottle. Hazy, amber colour with a thin, white head. Fruity aroma with caramel malts and sweet fruits. Taste is sweet. Medium to full body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and fruity with caramel malts. Lovely.

Bottle@Yespr’s - amber pour with off white head. Aroma and taste is sweet malty, with some dark dried fruit, caramel sweetness, fudge toffee, some spices, medium sweet finish. Nice.

cloudy orange, small yellow head. aroma is slighlty flowery, somewhat hoppy, soapy, not a lot bw.flavor is malts, yeast, bitter hoppy, faint flowers, faint booze.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small off white head. Aroma is roasted malty and light caramelish. Sweet, caramelish and toasted malty. Bitter. Dry, toasted and light breadish. Bitter and slight herbal finish.

On tap at Hoppy Days. Hazy reddish Amber-brown colour, off-white head. Aroma of leafy hops, some marmalade, malts, berries. Flavour is medium sweet, malty, berries, leaves, herbal bitterness. Medium bodied, alcoholic.
