Bottle@Yespr’s - slight fuzzy yellow pour with small white head. Aroma and taste is grassy and floral hoppy, some citrus fruits, yeast, some spice, dry finish. Decent.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty, bitter and slight herbal. Sweet, toasted and light caramelish malty. Bitter and slight herbal dry finish.

Bottle thanks to Ashton McCobb. Pours hazy amber with a thin white head. Aromas of banana, yeast. Taste is light bready, sweet banana. Sweet finish, little boozy.

Sample from the brewery. Appearance - hazy golden brown. Decent lacy head. Nose - banana, light toffee. Taste - big banana note, Palate - banana bread. Toffee. Overall - the banana is a bit too dominant and although there is good depth of flavour, it lacks that extra complexity I expect.

On tap at Hoppy Days. Apparently a hoppy Tripel. Hazy pale golden colour, white head. Aroma of light sulphur, raw hoppiness, grain, sugar, yeast, alcohol in the form of solvent. Flavour is light malty, grass, solvent, light floral, has some typical Tripel characteristics but it’s not very good. Gets better when it warms up a bit.

Bottle from 4Sensi, Milano. Golden in colour. Sweet caramel and honey nose. Tends towards being a little too cloying in terms of sugars. Doesn’t have the fullbodiedness I’d hope for in a tripel, but shows promise.
