Can from Home Bargains, Byfleet. Aroma is resinous, slightly damp. Clear amber. Foamy white head. Medium bitter. Resinous. Develops a sweet slightly sugary streak. Light. Thin. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Wants to be a resinous IPA but then seems watered down.

[12oz can from Home Bargains, Bracknell.] A slightly hazy amber pour with a rim of cream coloured head; citrus aroma; grapefruit taste to start, bitter and oily in the mouth, then some chewy malts; and a resinous bitterness to finish. A solid West Coast style IPA.

12 oz from the Brewvana 12 Beers of Christmas Advent box. Day 11. Aroma has notes of pine, caramel, grapefruit, bread. Pours hazy new penny copper with a one finger beige head with good retention. Taste has a high level of pithy bitterness with some candy sweetness in the background. Nice Northwest style IPA. Refreshing to have something this bitter again.
