Draught at GBBF. Loose, irregularly structured, coarse head, off-white; light hazy orange colour with somewhat brownish glow. Aroma very strongly piney, spruce sprouts, grapefruit peel, orange, strawberry, mango, toast; fruity taste but clean, medium carbo, apricot and pineapple hints, perhaps an impression of strawberry, smooth caramelly maltiness, toasted and countered by a very long, very spicy, peppery, almost ’burning’ hop bitterness, piney and aromatic and deeply drying to the point that all malt sweetness is blocked in the end, leaving a long bitter aftertaste. Bold and abrasive example of its style.

On tap at Church Key, DC. Lightly hazy in the glass, golden on color and with a small, off-white head. Piney, grapefruity aroma with some notes of malts. It’s full bodied, soft and quite dry on the palate. Nice bitterness in the flavor, with pine cones and grapefruit. Lasting bitter finish. Tasteful and well worth a revisit. 150620

(On Tap) Clear golden with slight white head. Aroma is medicinal and piney. Light bodied with good carbonation. Taste has great hoppiness all the way from start to finish over a subtle pleasant caramel malt base. A nice IPA.

Can sample at a tasting at Dror’s place. Thanks Ariel. Hazy golden. Aroma of "green" hops, a bit oniony. Flavor has some sweetish malt, "green" hops, and a bitter finish. Medium-bodied.
