Can. Black, light tan head. Roasty, earthy aroma with some coffee and liquorice. So it tastes. Moderate sweetness helps it seem full ish despite the modest alcohol. Balancing bitterness. Plainish but wholesome.

Bottle 0,33 ltr: My sister bought this one on her holiday from Bali. Opaque black coloured brew with an dry bitter and an slightly watery taste. Hints of some chocolate and faintly coffee. The interesting beer from Indonesia for now.

330ml can. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a reddish hue and a fizzy, short-lived, light tan head. The aroma is roasted malt, liqourice. The flavour is moderate sweet and liqourice bitter, with a roasty, dry cardboard, somewhat watery, sweet cola, light, liqourice bitter palate. Medium bodied with lively carbonation.

From bottle @Frosty Beer, Tanjung Pandan, Belitung Island, Indonesia. Poured into an Anker mug. Dark brown to black colour, creamy tan long lasting head. Aroma sweet roasted malts, milk chocolate, coffee, dried fruits. Taste medium sweet, light fruity, creamy texture, medium body, bittersweet finish. A lighter version of a foreign extra stout, easy to drink, quite nice actually.

330ml bottle. Pours very dark brown with a large head. Aroma is dusty roast, yeast, cola and cocoa. Taste has cocoa to start, cola on the finish with a beefy yeast aftertaste.

Can 33 cl. Brown-black beer with noisy brown foam. Aroma: sweet, caramel, jam from berries, bread, fruit esters, sweetness and light sourness. Taste a bit simpler: caramelized, slightly roasted barley, bread crusts, jam, mild hop bitterness, drinkable.

Deep dark brown coloured body with a light brown head that fades relatively quickly. Aroma of roasted malt, raisins, figs, bananas and a lot of dough - very nice though in comparison to the rest of the pale lagers here. Medium-bodied; Assertive roasted malt flavours with the raisins, figs, earth, nuts and vanilla flavours soon behind. Aftertaste shows a mellow yet smooth sweetness with raisins and prunes the strongest. Overall, a surprisingly nice stout with some good flavours and longer lasting tastes compared with the Guinness from here. I sampled this 320 mL can purchased from Pepito Express (Grocery) in Seminyak/Kerobokan, Bali, Indonesia on 26-June-2014 for IDR19,000 sampled a few minutes later back at my villa here in Bali.
