getrunken vor Ort und auf Grund einer Verwechslung der Stammwürze sogar 2 mal Ein wirklich gut gelungenes Bier, das wunderbar die hipster-Atmosphäre des Lokal an Brünner Hauptplatz mit uriges tschechischer Braukunst verknüpft. Es hat gute süße Aromen, ohne die Bitterkeit außer Acht zu lassen. Diese Ausgewogenheit macht Freude. So soll es sein

Tap at the brewery. Very clean. Malt centered, but not sweet. Rather balanced in the beginning and finishing with a dry roast. Overall character is rather roasty, with just light background caramel. Very easy drinking, soft feeling. Very good.

Black with creamy beige head. Aroma is caramel black bread creamy stuff some cashew and soy sauce. Taste is sweet melasses at first with full body and easy to drink. Small bubbles and an umami finish. Great.

Clear deep brown body with a fine frothy tan head that leaves a fine curtain down the sides of the glass. Fine pleasant and balanced aroma. Mellow carbonation level. Easy to drink. Bready, nutty, some roast and toffee in the flavor. Ok complexity.
