Bottle @ BBF14, Oirschot. Hazy amber colour with a small white head. Smells sweet, malts. Tastes sweet, fruity, apricot, fresh. Not your typical witbeer. Medium body, nice carbo, crisp.

33cl Bottle from Kasteel Slangenburg in Doetinchem. Clear orange/amber colour, white head. Aroma is quite sweet, cooked apples, like an old tripel, amber malts, light citrus. Flavour is medium-sweet, light malty, sweet apples, fruity, sweet corn, yeast, yeasty bitter finish. Light-bodied. It’s OK, but nowhere near a Wit imho.

Bottle shared. Pours murky cloudy gold with a big white head. Aroma of light citrus and wheat. Flavours initially light to medium sweet, going into a quick moderate bitter hit before going into a slightly chemical finish. Light to medium bodies with moderate carbonation.

33cl bottle shared with and courtesy of Kermis. Thin white head. Cloudy amber pour. A nice enough wit bier for a summers day.

Beer is cloudy, unclear. The smell is moderate. It tastes kind of sour to me. Not very good. Palate is ok.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. It’s a pale golden beer, hazy, and topped by a white head. Pale malts, sugars and some spices on the nose. Pale malts, sweetness and fruits in the mouth, dry and medium full. Bitter finish. Decent and easy drinking, nothing more. 091024
