1.5l magnum bottle @ RBNAG11. Pours a hazy golden body with a massive everlasting light fluffy white head. Aroma is flowerish and kinda soapy, yeast tones and some redundant sugar, and hints of something sourish. Lively to aggressive carbonation with a fizzing-oily mouthfeel. Flavors are light yeasty, lots of soapy flowers, oranges and grapefruit before it ends light dry and hoppy. Not a bad beer!

On tap at Ølfestival 2011. It pours an unclear, yellow-golden body and a creamy off-white head leaving lacings. Citrus, mostly orange, pineapples yeast hints and pale malts.on the nose. The flavor has oranges, hints of yeast, grains and a pleasant bitterness. Full to medium body, smooth. Some nice bitterness in the end. Drinks easily, quenches and tastes good as well. 110527

Shared magnum bottle at RBNAG 2011, as Saison Dupont Cuvée Dry Hopping, vintage 2011. ABV 6.5%. Hazy straw colour, moderate white head. Grassy hops in the aroma. Decent hoppy bitterness in the flavour. Can’t really say that it’s so much better than the ordinary Saison Dupont - but might be able to tell the difference if I sampled them side by side?

Keg at White Horse. It pours hazy golden yellow, with a thin foamy white head. The nose is orange, tangerine, pineapple, mango, wood, hay, chamomile and honey. The taste is hay, straw, ginger, pepper, tangerine, tangy pineapple, mango and wood, with a spicy-bitter finish. Medium body, fine carbonation and good balance. A very tasty and refreshing saison.

Magnum bottle shared by beastiefan2K. Opens with a flying cork and is a huge gusher, spraying myself and others nearby. Pour is a slightly hazed golden yellow, with a white head that falls quick. Aroma is herbal minty, which clears rather quickly leaving behind a nice hoppiness and the Dupont house character yeast. Taste is the nice wheat saison character, along with bright herbal minty hoppiness. Palate is medium to light, soft active carbonation. Really nice and refreshing. Thanks for tracking this down and sharing it Eugene.
