We Ded Mon is the natural progression in our Broz series. You start off with a nice little Broz Day Off(IPA), which leads into a Broz Night Out(DIPA), that ultimately reaches a point that We Ded Mon(TIPA). Clocking in at 11%, we hopped this triple IPA just like the rest of the series with 100% Citra hops.

Panda, big thanks to Cloin. A mild to medium haze on this orange gold beer, decent bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, light but not thin - hallelujah! A nice light creamy sweetness. Citra hops! Fucken hell! As far as I can tell they have never lost their core character despite now being grown far and wide. Perhaps a little less pink grapefruit than back in the day, but even that characteristic shows up now and then. Since then, Galaxy and Nelson have burst on the scene and respectively changed beyond recognition, and faded badly. But here Citra soldiers on, doing what is does, good juicy orange, mandarin and Tangerine. Whisper of lemon. Decent hop spice. Light finish leaves a spicy hop linger. Thanks Veil, for this excellent reminder of what an almost taken for granted hop can do.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 05/12/23. Murky orange with a just off white cap that settles to a swirl. Nose is bitter orange, grass, raw pineapple, mango pulp, hop spice, guava. Taste comprises ripe tropical fruits, hop spice, mango flesh, pine resin, guava, stoned fruits, grapefruit, dank spike. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close slathered with juicy come resinous hop bitterness. Solid TIPA ... great drinkability and bitter sweet balance for 11%.
