Portugalilaisen Post Scriptum breweryn ja espanjalaisen In Peccatum Craft Beerin kanssa tehty kollaboraatio-olut. Stoutin maustamiseen on käytetty jäkälää. Olutta Suomeen tekemään tullut Post Scriptumin edustaja sai muistoksi jäisiltä Tampereen kaduilta kaksi murtunutta kylkiluuta. Siitäpä sitten nimi oluelle.

On tap at Pynnikin, pours black with a reddish tinge and a small beige head. Aroma is a bit herbal, with a fungal element and some toasted malt. Flavour is very strange, with herbal notes, some medicinal sweetness, a little vanilla, and thin thin toasted malt. Whatever adjuncts are in here don't work well. It's just some herbal, fungal mess. Not good.

Dark brown color, off-white head. aroma has notes of black chocolate and roasted malts. Flavor with notes of chocolate, spices, herbs. Light bittery final with short duration.

Tap at HBF. Dark brown colour, small beige head. Light toasted aroma. Medium-bodied to full-bodied. Toasted flavour with odd herbal twist. Feels lighter than its abv. Not as good as their "normal" stouts. Maybe its about moss.

Tap at HBF2018, Helsinki. Color is almost black with very small head. Aromas and flavors: Dark chocolate, dryness, some herbs, cocoa and roasted malts.
