First drink of what would become a very messy evening. Clear golden, thin fizzy head. Aroma of basil, a hint of apple. Taste is mint, basil, tart apple, lemon and earthy. Medium bodied.refreshing

Aromas are apple cider plus something a little bit herbal. The slightest hint of basil and/or mint. Flavors are very similar to nose, maybe even less herbal.

Keg at Lost Valley. Clear golden, thin fizzy head. Aroma of strong earthy basil, a hint of apple. Taste is mint, basil, tart apple. Medium bodied.

Tap @ Keyaki Beer Festival Autumn 2017. Light golden, not much carbonation. Sweet mint and some apples in aroma. Tastes quite refreshing, mint and basil adding some bright herbal notes to otherwise medium-sweet cider. Finish more dry, some tannins. I like it.

Mouth freshing. Best cider to have before a date. Odd, but not the worst thing in the world

16oz can thanks to Matt. pours out a dish water color topped with a small head. nose is basil mint some booze notes. Taste is more of the basil mint a odd earth note.

I wouldn’t call it mouthwash but definitely more like tooth paste. I would say the basil is actually fine but the mint is unnecessary. The flavor has more apple thus the herbs are providing a nice back end character.

On tap at Two Beers, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out loads of basil upfront, with a touch of mint. Flavour brings out lots of basil and mint upfront, especially basil, with light acidic apples on the finish. Decent experiment - I'm just not a fan of the flavours.

Draft - Imagine basil mouthwash. Clear gold with a decent with a decent white head. Sweet Apple and basil. Nose is crazy but I like the taste. Interesting.
