Tap into a small taster showing pale straw with light pink tinges and a finger of clean white foam.

The nose shows moderately intense tart notes of apricot and light brett/barnyard funk.

The palate is well carbonated and medium bodied. Moderately to highly tart with light flavors of apricot and a light stone fruit acidity throughout.

Tasting at Matt's, bottle, batch III, 8.2% ABV
Cloudy blond colour. Pungent aroma of sour apricots, acidity, with a hint of hibiscus. Highly carbonated, aggressively sour, with some unripe apricot, lemon zest.
No real complexity, highly unbalanced. Mediocre.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals lots of woody oak upfront, with a decent amount of wild yeast, and a fair amount of apricots. Flavour is very muddled and flat, with lots of wood, lots of acidic apricots, and some wild yeast. Very acidic. The apricots don't contribute much fruitiness or juiciness, and the integration isn't what I'd hope for. Disappointing.

Pale and cloudy. Thin head. On the nose, This is quite bright, lots of apricot, though on the palate it comes across as a bit thin. Just a touch of tartness, a bit of oak, it's okay, but gets a bit acetic in the finish.
