Bottle - Dirty peach and petroleum. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Soured stone fruit with a hit of acidity and a bone dry finish. Not as juicy as I hoped.

Funky sour saison character in the nose. Nose has lots of sourness, some soft lemony thing going on with some saison yeast spices. Tastes sour again, sourdough sour. Creamy sour, haven’t really tasted something like this before. Finish is tart, almost salty, rocking.

On tap at The Hop Grenade. It pours a hazy yellow color with no head. The aroma has juicy apricots, fuzz, skin and all. Hints of vanilla, peaches and cream. Mildly acidic on the nose. Really nice. The flavor has medium sourness with lots of apricot, a little white wine and bread. Low carbonation. Mouthwatering with great apricot character. Well done.
