Light, crisp, refreshing UFO White follows in the tradition of spiced wheat beers that have been brewed in Belgium for well over 300 years. Brewed with orange peel and coriander, UFO White is the perfect choice for a summer’s barbecue, a night out with friends or any time you're thirsting for something a little different. Like all UFO beers, we leave UFO White UnFiltered.

Bottle. A- Coriander, cloves, spice. A- Pale yellow color, clear liquid, minimal head. T- Coriander, cloves, spices, subtle orange, ginger, wheat, hay. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, lingering finish. O- Far from the best Belgian Wit I have had but not completely horrid. The coriander overpowers virtually everything and reminds me of Christmas. There could be a lot more orange and citrus and less spice in general and that would help a lot. Glad I tried it, but probably wouldn’t seek it out again.

24 ounce draft at Yankee Lobster poured into a plastic cup. Pours a hazy golden yellow color with off-white head. Aromas of citrus fruit and peel, spices. Tasting notes of citrus fruit and peel, Belgian yeast, spices, cloves. Medium body with a dry finish. Medium carbonation, crisp mouthfeel. Nothing special but hit the spot with some fried seafood and nice weather.

Reviewed from notes.
The appearance was a hazy yellow/orange body that yields a small white one finger head that died within ten seconds. No lacing was seen whatsoever. Light carbonation was seen rising at a decent pace.
The smell had some orange and coriander with some tones of alcohol coming out.
The taste was centered around the orange and coriander.
The palate had a light to medium, with some harsh carbonation on the mouth and tongue.
Overall, this is a decent beer, nothing spectacular nothing bad. I’ll be able to finish the six pack but maybe would only seek this again on tap.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, best before 10/15/2013. Pours very hazy golden amber color with a 1-2 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass. Aromas of lemon, pear, apple, orange peel, coriander, wheat, bread, herbal, light clove, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of malt, yeast, and spice notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon, pear, apple, orange peel, coriander, wheat, bread, herbal, light clove, and yeast earthiness. Lingering notes of lemon, pear, apple, orange peel, coriander, herbal, wheat, bread, light clove, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Nice balance and robustness of malt, spice, and yeast ester flavors; with a good malt/spice balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbontion and body; with a slightly creamy, smooth, and bready mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected for 4.8%. Overall this is a nice and pleasant witbier. Good balance and robustness of malt, spice, and yeast ester flavors; and very smooth to drink. A nicely enjoyable offering.

Bottle @ home, via trade with Homer321. Thanks bro! Pours a somewhat cloudy yellow orange appearance with a white head that doesn’t have much retention. Spicy, orange peel, wheat, light cinnamon aroma. Coriander, vanilla, lemon/orange citrusy, wheat flavor. Carbonation is very dull in a type of beer I would expect to be pretty high. Light tartness. Not a big fan.
