Als de dagen op hun langst zijn en de golven van de Noordzee uitnodigen tot een frisse duik, dan is het tijd voor ons Wit. Gebrouwen volgens de traditionele receptuur van het Duitse ’Weizen’. Ambachtelijk, bovengistend witbier dus, met behalve gist alleen hop, duinwater, en tarwe en gerst afkomstig van Texel. Romig van smaak en rijk aan vitamine B. Een verfrissend bier voor warme zomerdagen.

Slight hazy straw with small white head. Dough, light citrus, hint of light spices, bit of sweetness. Light bodied and slight watery. Bit thin and bland.

Very tasty Belgian witbier, has the fresh traits of a German weizen, but still with some herbs. Nice.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes goldgelbes Bier mit ordentlichem Schaum. Geruch leicht hefig, leicht fruchtig, Gewürze. Geschmack hefig würzig, leicht fruchtig.

Palate: Medium body. Moderate sweet and an ok bitterness. Average carbonation.

Aroma has some light orangey citrus. Flavour is not strong but the balance is good. Light citrus, wheat, yeast. Low on sweetness and no trace of banana.
