Pour is a cloudy orange with a almost nothing white head. Aroma is a very nice deep pine hop. Flavor is more over the top pine hops with some citrus showing up at the end. A very nice west coast hopped out the wazoo IPA.

Bottle shared by papsoe. Hazy, golden-orange pour, with a beige to off-white head on top. The head is dense and lasting. Piney nose, quite citrusy and fruity, with some sweet maltyness playing second violin. In the mouth it is quite bitter and hopp, with pine and citrus as well, and a sweet, maltyness. Full body. Bitter finish with a nice piney and citrusy flavor. Judging from the label, it seems like a shitty label-beer from Haus der 131 Biere, but thank God (or other forces) the contents is far more appealing. (071005)

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Courtesy of Degarth. Cloudy golden with a lively, off-white head. Fat aroma of aroma hops and overripe fruit. Medium body with lightly sweet caramel accents and plenty of fruit - peach in particular. Lightly hoppy finish. 051007

12 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy orange with a white head. Citrus fruity aroma. Decent strong blend between malt sweetness and citrus-fruity aroma hops. Slight berry note too. Has a slight blend of spiced/herbal/liqourice notes in the finish.

Bottle. Poured golden red with foamy white head. Slight hoppy aroma with floral graces. Hoppy flavour with floral and honey notes. Linfering hoppy finish all over the tongue. This is another ale I would call a Cape ale. It’s hoppier and more bitter than a pale or amber, but not as hoppy as an India. A very worthy effort, worth seeking out.

Pours clear copper until the sediment dropped into the glass. Now the copper has a hazy orange hue to go along with a thin off white head. There’s still sediment sludge left behind in the bottle. The aroma has sharp citrus hop notes with grapefruit juice bitterness being the main one followed by tangelo and a hint of sweet orange juice. I can just smell a vague malt sweetness too. The taste has several levels and varieties of citrus hops just like the nose. Initially I get sweet orange juice followed by a tart grapefruit and then tangelo hop bitterness. Very nice. There’s also a hint of malt behind all of the hops.

Hazy amber body, medium off-white head. Piney, earthy hops aroma with slight oxidation, backed by biscuity malts. Caramely, grassy, somewhat fruity body with an earthy finish. I’ve had this bottle for a few months, and the hops have mellowed out and there is slight oxidation. It’s still a decent beer, however. Thanks jah noth for the bygone trade!
