Ahhh this one is not just for chili lovers. A really nice lager of all things. With a fine spiced back that just rocks you a little bit. Pleasant and highly recommendable.
Black color with a fine off white head. Ok lacing down the sides of the glass. Nice intensity in the aroma. Medium (+) body and a fine carbonation. Ok balanced sweetness and a fine spiced touch in the back. Dark malt, chocolate, coffee, some roast and mild chili.

Pours dark brown with a quickly fading head.Nose shows bready malt, toasty notes, soft chilli and dark chocolate.Flavours include soft chilli heat, noticeable cocoa and some soft roasted malt.

Burk från SB. Mörkbrun vätska , lågt smabbt försvinnande skum. Söt doft med främst mörkt sött bröd, mörk sirap, lite chilipulver. Ganska tunn och lite vass munkänsla. Även smaken är söt med sirapslimpa, tunnt kaffe, aningen choklad och chili med viss hetta men bra balanserat. Problemet är snarare grundölet som känns sött, tunnt och vasst och lite jästigt. Sådär.

Svart med høyt tykt beige skum. Lukter kaffe, kakaopulver og noe trevirke. Kaffe og lakrissmaken rekker å komme før chilien kommer kraftig. Kakaopulverpmaken dukker opp igjen på slutten. Merkelig å si, men faktisk en godt balansert øl med mye chili

Canned, from Systembolaget. Dark brown, small head. Chocolaty nose. Mid dry with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Metal and chocolate, growing chili heat. Like most chili beers it lacks all drinkability. Not much to enjoy here.

Can. Pours a dark brown color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty chocolate and caramel aroma. Fruity malty spicy chili chocolate flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy chili and chocolate finish.

(330ml can from Systembolaget) Pours nearly black with a big dense pale tan pillow that lingers. Aroma of dark roasted malts, burnt coffee, chili smoke, cacao beans. Flavour semi sweet with dark malt, cola, cacao, a bit of dark chocolate and vanilla, smoky, lots of chipotle heat kicking in mid-sip. Finish is smoky chipotle, light roasted malts, cacao bean, dry and fairly spicy. Fairly light bodied, below average carb. That chipotle character is pretty obvious here but not balanced by the dark lager the way it would be with a bigger stout body, limiting drinkability.

Can from Systembolaget. Almost black with a small head. Aroma of light roasted malt, chili, some chocolate and pepper. Similar taste. On the light side with a low bitterness. Kind of drinkable but nothing special.
