Bottle. Spicy aroma with brown sugar. Spicy flavor (cardemom?) partly pushed away by the sugary sweetness. Tobacco in the aftertaste. Decent, but sugary sweet and uninteresting.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein leicht trübes dunkel bernsteinfarbenes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, sehr fruchtig malzig, leicht würzig, alkoholisch. Geschmack trocken malzig süß, fruchtig, alkoholisch, hefig.

Bottle shared from Deanso, 2010 vintage. Pours clear amber with an off white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, dark fruit and spice. Flavour has same aspects with a lot of raisin and a little alcohol, medium to high sweetness an light bitter. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation.

330ml bottle. Cloudy dark amber with off-white head. Sweet malty aroma with minimal spicy notes. Taste is sweet with lemon overtones. Quite alcoholic finish containing also a dry note.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dagan’s place. Thanks troubles. Clear dark amber. Malty alcoholic aroma with caramel, honey, some fruits and a bit of chocolate hints. Sweet alcoholic flavor with malt, light sourness, caramel, honey and fruits. Medium-bodied, lighter than expected. Not great.

33cl bottle a couple of months over the best before date. good creamy white head. Clear amber pour. Nice smooth beer.
