Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7

Bottle from Sapporo station. Aroma is strong and spicy, clove, quite sweet too and a bit poopy. Something sharp. Taste is better, nice creamy wheatiness, spice is dialed down a little. Not quite sure though.

Bottle from Tokyu Foodshow across from Sapporo Station. Pours a hazy gold with a 2 finger head of foam. Banana, clove nose with a hint of earthiness. Body is light with a slightly watery mouthfeel. Similar taste to the nose. Finishes sweet and little heavy, but still somewhat refreshing. --- Beer merged from original tick of Ebetsu Komugi Beer on 30 Mar 2015 at 15:24 - Score: 6
