Deep red, top-fermented beer. A blend of barley malt, wheat malt, real candy sugar, Hallertau hop and coriander makes for the unique taste of this powerful beer.

Bottle: Poured a clear brown with an off white color head. Aroma is wood and cereal. Taste is a tangy caramel malt with a dry warm finish.

Red-brown colour. Flavor has some sweet candy and a little bit of red fruit. Some spiciness and yeast too. Quite sweet overall.

(33cl bottle) Clear, amber colour with a short, slightly off-white foamy head. Slightly dusty, sweet toast-malty, nutty nose. Sweet and a bit sugary flavour, medium body impression with a soft carbonation. Soft cara-malty and nutty taste; sweet and faint bitter, spicy finish. Not overly spectacular and a tad too sweet.

Bottled. Clear, deep golden beer with a nice off-white head. Fruity aroma, mostly grapefruit, with malt and notes of tea, hops and caramel. Sweet flavor with grapefruit, malt, tea-notes, beef-stock, caramel and some spices. Medium to full body and a short, sweet finish with fruits, malt and some alcohol. (061111)

(Bottle 30 cl) Clear, dark amber with an off-white head. Very spicy, sweet aroma. Medium-bodied with sweet caramel notes, some cinnamon and perhaps other spices. Fairly alcoholic and bitter finish. Appears more like a spiced Lager than an Ale. 271006

Bottled (BB 01/2007)
Clear amber color, good creamy brown head. Glue and rubber-like aroma, not very delicious. Light, harsh rubbery malty flavor with some sugar sweetness. Not very winter-like. Tastes sweet and cheap ale.
