Bottle: Poured a light yellow color ale with a large pure white bubbly head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of light rustic malt notes with some dry hoppy notes. Taste is also dominated by rustic malt notes with light dry ester and some bready yeast notes are also noticeable. Body is light with great carbonation. Very much enjoyable if maybe a bit short on the complexity notes with great drinkability level.

12 ounce can. Pours a cloudy yellow color with a large white head. A sweet lemon nose with some grain. I like this beer: smooth corn, pils malt, lemon, a bit of orange peel. Spicy and smooth. Easy to drink. Nice brew. Saison like.

Can from the Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours translucent light gold with a large creamy white head. Aroma of a floral hoppy pilsner. Med body. Flavor matches aroma - flavors are not super strong - but quite tasty. Develops a bit of earth in the finish.

Can. Pours hazy yellow, medium white head and nice lacing. Aroma is lemon, pepper, yeast, grain, corn. Flavor is light sweet, herbal and peppery, touch of zest. Medium body, high carbonation. Drinks like a saison actually.

Slightly cloudy golden coloured body with a rich, dense, three to four centimetre tall pure white head. Aroma of very light hops, hay, grass, herbs and a bit of sugar. Light-bodied; Sharp light malt flavour with cardboard and grain with very little else on the body, just a big dose of strong hops, hay, grass and a bit of wheat. Aftertaste shows just the hops, grass and hay with a touch of sugar at the tail end. Overall, a very interesting beer - smells great, and the first few tastes are good, but then you realise there is no body and no depth at all. Still, not a bad beer, but just not amazing - great to sample and neat to try this based on the malt profile. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Belmont Station in Portland, Oregon (not even local to me/brewery) on 27-September-2013 for US$2.38 sampled at home in Washington on 07-October-2013.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is Stillwater yeast, corn, and hops. Taste is like a light saison or Belgian ale with a nice hoppy tinge. The yeast does a lot of the work and makes this beer what it is. Easy to drink. Refreshing. Quite good.

Tin. Cloudy yellow pour with thick white head. Very frothy. Pleasant citrus and grape aroma. Flavour is ricey and malty with a strong hop finish. Light bodied.

Draft. Straw beer with a whitish head. Spice and light grain aroma. Fruitiness and spice flavor with light grain. Medium bodied. Spice and light grass lingers with light grain.

Can. Pours with a crystal clear yellow hue with a medium to medium large white head that lasts. Aromas are of spicy, earthy and slightly rotten orange like hops (cluster?), herbal, light citrus, mild malt, low esters. Flavors are lightly fruity, grainy, grassy, a bit of floral sweetness and a hint of tropical fruit, doughy. Lightly chalky mouthfeel. Pretty easy to drink. Very lively carbonation, light body.

Pour is a hazy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is a little funky with some lemon citrus. Flavor is more funkiness with some herbal hops and some bitter lemon. Finish is bone dry and very clean. I don’t know what style they were trying for here but who cares this works. A very dry easy drinking beer with plenty of funk and flavor with low alcohol.
