Bottle @Last Højbjerg Tasting in Højbjerg. clear golden, airy white head. Yeasty, grainy aroma. Very high carb. Sweet, yeasty flavour, a touch of banana but nearly overpowered by the carb.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Huge head with excellent duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, fruits, wheat malt, notes of citrus and has a nice fruity finish.

Bottle @ Home. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, wheat, yeast, little sweet fruit. Flavor is sweet, malt, wheat, sweet fruit, ripe apple, little banana. Medium body, lively carbonation, sweet finish. 200521

33cl bottle at Yume Ramen, Rimini, Italy. Pours pale gold, with fading white foam. Aroma is practically absent. Body is average, like carbonation. Taste is medium sweet. Final is kind of thin. Overall, this beer doesn't really leave a trace.

Tap at ibrew Ginza. Looks like a classic wheat beer, smells and tastes like it too. Grainy, floury, bit of lemon and herby. Nothing out of the ordinary, but perfectly nice and drinkable.

The one thing that many J-brewers can actually do is a decent hefeweizen. This is one of the better ones.
