Bottle. Golden beer with a strongish head. The aroma is fairly dry with a malty edge, and the flavour is quite strongly yeasty with a malty dry feel. Overall a pretty good beer.

Bottle at the Angry Fist of Santa tasting at Chris_o’s. Pale gold, clear, thick beige head. I ended up drinking the whole bottle of this as everyone else claimed that they had it. I liked it. Good quaffing helles.

(6/30/08) Bottle at StΓΆhrenkeller in Bamberg. The bartender called it "Wilde Rose Hell" but the label said Keesmann. Golden with a white head. Aroma of sweet pale malt, hints of grains and hoppy notes. Sweetish malty flavor and medium bitterness in the finish with some hops. Medium-bodied.

Pale yellow color, good steady cloudy head. Papery and herbal hoppy nose. Watery with herbal hoppy bitterness. Hints of metal and buttery flavors in the finish. Light hoppy aftertaste. Propably good thirst-quencher. Clean product, but nothing really to remember about.

Bottled. A yellow beer with a fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet grainy with quite strong notes of malt. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of grain, leading to a slighlty bitter finish. Quite standard.
