Medium body, sweet, boozy. Bourbon, vanilla, dark chocolate. Missing the brownie batter, more just bourbon and vanilla. Really smooth and rich, succulent, delicious.

15/VIII/20 - 75cl bottle @ Belgian Beer Geek Gathering Summer 2020, BB: n/a (2020-784) Thanks to ElManana+1 for sharing the bottle!
Clear dark brown to black beer, small to no head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: vanilla, lots of milk chocolate, sweet impression, some caramel, syrupy, bourbon, lovely stuff! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: caramel, sweet, bit sugary, lots of vanilla, malty, grains, lovely stuff, lots of chocolate, very nice! Aftertaste: lots of alcohol, boozy, sugary, lots of vanilla, more chocolate, boozy, nice bitterness, some coconut, still lots of chocolate, bit sweet, sugary.
So good
Fantastisch. Veel te dik, veel te zacht, veel te chocolade achtig. Zou er geen hele fles van hoeven, maar in kleine hoeveelheden fantastisch

Dat New year's bourbon sweetness and vanilla back love. This is amazingly smooth, tastes like a light bourbon pastry. But not overly sweet either, like a light tiramisu drenched in bourbon smell (but not boozy). I want this everyday, after every meal.
Another great one. Good dose of vanilla without being just that. Thick, rich, boozy, sweet coffee, warming and awesome bourbon. Amazing brewery.
Black with limited head, nice smooth flavors, bourbon, cacao nibs, a bit thinner texture as the paisly, chocolate, still nice
