Medium offwhite head. Hazy yellow body with lots of small particles and strong carbonation. Fruity herbal oily aroma with vague banana and coriander notes. Dryish fruity herbal banana taste with grassy spicy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, slightly fizzy mouthfeel. Dryish coriander, spice and herbs aftertaste with grassy honey and oil notes. Nice, drinkable, harmonic. (0.33l bottle, from de Bierkoning, Amsterdam.)

Bottle from De Molen. Poured a hazy straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is pure yeast with a little malt. The flavour is medium bitter, crisp, yeasty, a little malt and with rather a lot of liqourice bitterness on the palate. A really refreshing Blond and one of the best i’ve had, but in terms of style, it really doesn’t float my boat any longer.

Thanks to bierkoning! Slightly hazy orange-yellow color, good white head. Fruity-yeasty aroma with white peppery notes. Medium-bodied. Citrusy, peppery, Belgian yeasty flavor and long citrusy bitter aftertaste. Clean and pleasant. Quite typical Belgian blonde from De Proef.
