Bright gold in colour, with a compact foamy head. Fruity and floral notes from the use of orange-blossom honey and slow refermentation in the bottle. Great elegance, harmony and balance on the palate. Every sip finishes with the tang of hops, with the invitation to continue the experience.

17/04 A 0.75 l bottle, courtesy of ogivlado, thanks for sharing! It poured hazy golden body with medium to big head. Fine herbal hoppy and vanilla malty aroma, also characterized by Belgian ale yeasty notes. Flavor was simpler than expected, yet quite nice, fine, bitterish, chalky, yeasty and fruity like peach or sweet cooked apple. Somehow watery on palate, giving a feeling of a thinner body, but still pleasant with, taking that into account, rather long finish that showed mostly the typical Belgian ale spices and other characteristics of the style - vanilla and some citrus. An enjoyable and very well made one!

355 ml bottle at Cheers Pub, Göteborg. On May 10, 2013.Hazy honey golden color with tiny particles though I didn’t pour the full bottle. Small white head. Sweet, sugary, alcohol, some yeast scent. Sweet, citrus pith, yeast, some phenoles taste. Warming alcohol. Minerals. Spritzy "growing" mouthfeel. Medium bitterness. Bitter aftertaste.Got the impression of a clean Belgian blonde.

Bottled 750ml. -from La Rinascente, Milano. Darker golden coloured, medium sized white head, fruity nose. Pleasant fruity, hoppy and moderate spicy taste with notes of orange in the finish. Well balanced and quite enjoyable brew.

Another one of Ogi’s. Poured a golden body with a huge white head. Relatively complex aroma - lovely flowery notes, malt, a smack of dust here and there, definitely spicy Belgian notes, light soap. Mild, light taste, cloves, light banana, quite lactic, creamy. Very, very light notes of peach, heck even notes of orange, lovely, almost herbal. Clean, balanced and grows on you. Yup, this one’s a success.

Hazy gold beer, tidy white head. Crisp palate, a little dry. Sharp minerals. Lemon citrus, mild, touch of herb. Trace of soap. Slightly dusty feel before the crisp finish.

Bottle from Tonneau Verre, Yverdon-les-Bains
Hazy blond color, small head. Mild aroma of malt and hop, spicy, some coriander. Highly carbonated, with smooth mouthfeel; light malt flavor, with some spicy character, and correct bitterness.
Simple but not bad.

New Beer Distributors, NY 355ml ($6): I suppose I sort of bought this because it had a nice bottle. Pours an orange with a light white head. Aroma is strong citrus + Belgian yeast. Taste is slightly sweet. It is, however, kind of attenuated. I think it be a bit bland.
