Maredsous Tripel 10° kleurt diepblond en wordt gekenmerkt door een zeer fijne, bijna feestelijke, pareling. Zuur, zoet en bitter smelten perfect samen in een zuivere, volle smaak met hartverwarmende afdronk. Zijn evenwicht maakt van deze triple een dankbaar ingrediënt in de keuken.

W aromacie estry, pomarańcz, brzoskwinia.
W smaku półwytrawne, estrowe, słodowe. Kontra chmielowa jest, ale bez przesady.
Goryczka niska do średniej, wysycenie wysokie, ciało w normie, czuć mocno alkohol.

aroma is very spicy, and with a backbone of malt, and yeastiness.
flavour is banana and yeast, with some spicy undertones, but i did find the alcohol to come through a little more than i would have liked.

Pours a hazy golden with a huge white head. Aroma of fruits, spices, yeast, grassy hops, a hint of alcohol. Medium sweetness, dry finish with light bitterness in the aftertaste. Good Tripel.

Bottiglia. Al naso arrivano impressioni di speziato e di alcolico. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono anche la forma del perlage. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona e duratura. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sulla lingua si attestano sentori di miele, frutta secca, resina, agrumi, frutta passita, uvetta bagnata nel rum, etilico e alcol presente.

Аромат приятный, тягучий, в основе хлебный. Пена с очень большими пузырями. Вкус очень хлебный и солодовый с ноткой хмеля и дрожжей. Послевкусие слегка сладкое с ноткой хлеба. В целом пиво отличное, но немного не хватает глубины вкуса.
